Acceptance of returns shall be in our discretion, subject to compliance with applicable laws of the territory.

Unless the box has been tampered with or opened Soul Affair.co.za does
not accept any returns or exchange on any of our products. For health and
safety reasons, sales for all products are final. -
If your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please contact
service@soulaffair.com to request an exchange for the same item. Please
make sure to include all accessories and packaging in order for the
exchange to be issued. In the event that we are out of stock of the specific
item, a store credit will be issued for the full price paid.
- All defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a credit, refund or replacement.
- Shipping charges will be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
