Free Shipping on orders of R800 or more! All orders are billed and shipped discreetly.  We ship Standard shipping with a set rate of R80.00 .Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Our online orders are processed daily, Monday through Friday (except for Holidays).

• Please allow up to 3-4 business days for processing and delivery of orders to major cities in SA and deliveries to any outlying areas in SA can take up to 5-7 days to process and ship. Orders placed after 2pm Friday SAST will start processing the following Monday. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Returns can still be made. Soul Affair is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
• Any orders delivered damaged must be reported within 14 days to service@soulaffair.com and we will get back to you. info@soulaffair.co.za

 WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

Criteria to return an item:

Returns must be logged within 14 days of the item being delivered, if:

• The item is in a re-sellable condition.
• The item being returned qualifies for return.
• The item is in its original sealed packaging, with labels attached.
• The following categories are not returnable for hygiene purposes:
• Body Suits, and Lingerie, Bondage sets that’s been tampered with and unsealed products.

 Step-by-step guide:

1. Log a return within 14 days of the order being delivered for a free of charge (conditions may apply). If a return is logged after 14 days of delivery, a shipping fee will be charged.
2. Please ensure that the item(s) are packed in the packaging the were received in.
3. Once the returns have reached our warehouse, the items in your return will be inspected before the the return is processed- this should happen within 72 hours of arrival at our warehouse, after which a refund or store credit initiate.
